"Your Choice - One Voice"
Hello, I'm David DiLorenzo.I have been in Broadcasting and Sports Marketing for almost 30 years. I have also performed as a professional stand-up comedian for over 25 years. I have a had an incredible journey. I have recently turned my interests in becoming a motivational speaker. I have been a dreamer since I was kid and I can honestly say that all of my dreams have come true. Growing up with attainable goals and reaching for the brass ring has been a story that I have shared with thousands of young people. I have had the pleasure of working with and learning from many of the greatest athletes, performers and business professionals in the world. During my career, I have had the opportunity of working with some of the most popular stand-up comedians of all time.
I have performed with the legendary Rodney Dangerfield,
Pat Cooper, Robert Klein, Joe Rogan, Paul D'Angelo, Steven Wright and Dane Cook. I was also a narrator with NFL Films, from 1997-2000. I performed as a voice-over artist on 25 videos for NFL Films. During that time I performed stand-up comedy at various events nationwide, with many NFL Hall of Fame, players, including Jim Brown (below right), Gale Sayers, Mike Ditka, Don Shula, Willie Lanier, Raymond Berry and Terry Bradshaw.
With the help of my close friend, Deborah Hoch (below) we have formed a partnership to speak with area high school and college students.
Our program is called "Your Choice, One Voice" and it includes, Relationship Building, the effects of Drugs and Alcohol, Health and Wellness, Bullying and how to keep Positive and Motivated people in their lives. Deborah, is an Emmy Award winning film producer and motivational speaker. She has produced a terrific underage drinking and driving, video entitled "The Impact of Your Choice". Her video explores the victims, survivors and consequences of some terrible choices made while drinking and driving recklessly. It truly is a must see video.
We want to make a difference in the lives of our youth with a powerful message, sent through humor and awareness.
We want to bring our educational program to as many
Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut schools, as possible. We want to reach as many students as we possibly can. We are also looking for the support of local area businesses and sponsors to help spread the word. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
